Treasury yields trade cautiously ahead of Federal Reserve's rate call this week

Treasury yields edged higher within a tight range on Tuesday as investors remained focused on the Federal Reserve's interest rate decision this week. The yield on the benchmark 10-year Treasury was trading nearly flat at 4.039%.
